        Is this question about a normal line border around text at the sub-paragraph level? Or is it about a boarder comprised of text?

        I asked Paulo for clarification. He responded:

        I Was Talking about like this HTML code:

         <div style="width:200px;height:100px;border:1px solid blue;">
        HTML borders are best created with CSS.
        </div>

        But this border will be in one or more characters and on the Format Menu choose Character option tab Border. Something like the Paragraph Border.

        Rob, the nature of the request remains unclear to me. Is this a border in the sense of decoration? But where instead of stars or dashes for example, characters are used?

        I am opening the issue in hopes of moving it along.
