I'll just add the word 'uncompressed', that'll do as reminder IMHO.
As detailed in the general clauses, ODF11i does not replace ODF 1.1 conformance clauses, but adds to it, so the "shall" is already there :-)

On section 17.4 MimeType I would like to see the requirement added that
the mimetype file is to be stored uncompressed like it is defined in the

add requirement to store mimetype uncompressed
- ODF 1.1 spec itself says "...it shall not be compressed"
- Interop profile cd01 (which builds upon ODF 1.1) mandates the use of mimetype
Therefore, I dont think it is really necessary to repeat it
