NATURE OF DEFECT The first sentence is "There are eight types of index entries", but there are seven types only.

Note that hyperlinks have start and end entries but one is not meaningful in the absence of the other. So really is one entry, not two.

Errata 02 - ODF 1.2 Reconciliation. ODF 1.2 does not enumerate the types of index entries, so the Errata 02 item does not apply.
