Proposal: remove enumReturnVersion from the CMIS-Core.xsd

After CMIS-119, where we got rid of the returnVersion parameter in getProperties, we should have removed enumReturnVersion from the CMIS-Core.xsd but we didn't.

accepted / moved to cmis-restatom where returnVersion still lives since there are not separate services there.
