The spec doesn't define what should happen if getContentStream() is called for an object that has no content. The spec only defines an exception for those objects that cannot carry content because of their object type.

this should throw an exception in p1 + ws. In rest/atom, there should not be a link to get

Updated getContentStream to throw a constraint exception in this case.
