reported by Ugo Cei during the PlugFest in Basel in keywords, so my interpretation may be off.

For navigation purposes it would be great to have a link to the parent collection on folders.

TC review -- this will be resolved with the link-relations WG proposal.

We'll resolve this bug as a duplicate to that proposal once there's a JIRA issue for it.
