Move REST and SOAP binding details out of CMIS-Core.xsd. Perhaps the best place is in a binding specific schema?

CMIS-Core.xsd contains several seemingly out-of-place entries, for example enumRestArguments and enumRestOutputHeaders, cmisRepositoryEntryType and probably others (I didn't search, just happened across these). These seem to be specific to rest or soap bindings, and thus should be separate (and the rest entries are not discussed in the rest portion of the spec).
