The CMIS schemas currently define an exception called "offsetException". We should remove it.
The original reason this exception existed was from back when we said that the getContentStream method will include a capability for byte-range requests.
But we've since said that implementing a byte-range request model is optional per-protocol (and therefore opaque to the CMIS domain model.)
